Website Design would be Mobile Responsive and website would open on Tablet and Mobile phones as well for sell rent and buy properties • Homepage • Slider – Banners can be managed from Admin side • Search Properties – User can search properties using keywords, City name, Area name, address, zip code, price, BHK, Plot, • • Featured Listings – Featured properties can be managed from builder/agent and will be displayed only after final approval from Admin Side (admin has all rights to manage as well) • Agents/Builder on Sidebar – All builder project information would be displayed without builder name (builder name in hide mode and Gohousy contact will be available), In case the builder wants to show his name and contact then Admin can display the information using “unhide” option for which extra view points should be charged (admin can decide how much view points to be charged depending on situation so extra “contact view option with points” for) • Like: there should be a small thumbs up to like the property and mo of counts next to it (admin can make manipulation in likes of each property) and few more otion in likes like “I like it” “Very Nice ”, “Awesome” With every like a virtual gold coin will be given to visitors account...and admin can decide to manage like” after YY no of gold coins.. a MSG will be send to visitors mail or mobile with recharge coupon of airtel idea docomo etc depending upon the visitors mobile brand from a pre entered list from admin account and admin can decide YY No and on or off this function... • Comments: there should be comments option on each property... which should not be displayed before admin approval.. as bad comments can be deleted by admin as it may kill the business... • Google Map with Properties – Users can view and search any properties on Google Map, • Listing Page with Google Map • Property Detail Page- Here we plan to display below information  Property Name  Property Image  Google Map  Property Description  Features Once the builder uploaded all info....The property details notification will come to admin and will be finally approved by Admin before displayed on website ..at the same time a msg should be displayed screen once the property details uploaded by builder “PROPERTY IS UNDER APPROVAL.. There should be a separate recharge request option at home page....and builder can frwd his details like first and last Name, Email, Mobile No and recharge “view points” Admin should get different notification in different boxes like 1) recharge req 2) Contact MSG 3) New property for approval 4) Balance recharge of builders (should have auto notification after XX% utilisation of recharge option inside this option) 5) List of property viewer (should have option to filter builder wise, property wise)
