Build us a web platform for HR process management

We need a web platform from scratch that contains below features: (We will be providing the more detailed document, with all designs from Figma/AdobeXD and components to whom wins the bidding.) (MySQL back-end, suggested development framework is Laravel/PHP but not obligated.) 1. Creating Open Positions - Posting Job 1. Choosing a store or headquarters for that job posting 2. Zone selection (If the store is selected, the headquarters is in a single zone.) 3. Store selection 4. Position selection 5. Importing candidate CVs from sites such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Linkedin (Carrier Platforms), and parsing some parts in the CV to create a candidate profile (Just basic Infos) [login to view URL] the candidates' list 2. Viewing and Editing Open Positions 1. Adding a new CV, a candidate can be added 2. Closing / deleting positions 3. Hiring Company can send his own basic exams (The exam goes as a link from the e-mail or SMS and the deadline is entered and the candidate sees this deadline.) 4. Can filter candidates in the list of candidates 5. Solvers and those who pass the threshold are indicated in green, those that have not yet solved in grey, and those that have failed are indicated in red. 6. Green coloured successful candidates should be able to give the store a doodle (appointment | date-picker) for the interview and battery test. 3. Recruitment Process 1. Displaying the reports of candidates who have broken their battery v. Exporting as .pdf 2. Selecting the successful candidates and inviting them to the interview by selecting a new doodle/appointment. 3. Candidates should be filtered according to various parameters. 4. Admin-Roles, authorization and access management
