Build a mini web same Shopify

I need a freelancer help me build a mini system same Shopify. Auto create website. * require use CodeIgniter 3.x HMVC, CentOS or Ubuntu, PHP 5 Function I need include: - When customer enter username ([login to view URL]) and choose a category website. And click "Create a Website", my system will create a website with subdomain [login to view URL] and themes random. - Allow customer add domain .com, .net,.... and use record or DNS. If customer choose add domain .com,.... only accept visit with this domain, not allow subdomain. If customer visit sub domain, auto redirect with domain.com. - Login page customer: sub-domain: [login to view URL] or with domain .com: [login to view URL] - Customer can view and follow DISK SPACE and BANDWIDTH. Admin can create more plan. Ex: * Plan 1: 200 MB DISK SPACE, 50 GB BANDWIDTH * Plan 2: 1 GB DISK SPACE, 100 GB BANDWIDTH - Easy add new themes on my system same Wordpress, If I want add new themes, I create folder themes_name on folder wp-content/themes/themes_name ....
