Build a horse racing betting site associated with Steam and CS:GO

We are looking for a website that has mechanics just like the csgodouble or csgopolygon website. Briefly, users trade their in-game items to our bots, they get coins, then they can bet on our website. They can bet horse racing - just like here: [login to view URL] but with better design. When people win then coins are added to their account / pockets and they can exchange coins for another skins - bots will dispatch items to the players. Everything has to be done within 21 working days. Time is very important here.
