Add more functions to my Photoshop javascript JSX

Hey. I have a Photoshop script (javascript) that generates new images using the csv files (text information), background images (folder) and PSD designs. So script combines everything and makes new content. I am looking for a great (british/american preferrably) programmer who can extend the functionality of the script and add those features to my existing script (with UI): 1) Add necessary meta data information to the images (such as GEO-coordinates (Location), Phone details (Camera), EXIF data as well). I have the example of the image of how it should look like (what metadata should be put into the image) 2) Increase the size of the image. So if Photoshop generates images that are 250KB-600KB, I would like to increase the size of the image up to 4MB (just add some empty MB) Budget is 150$ for such project. Deadline: 3 days. I will send the files, documents of the project upon the agreement.
