Add/Modify PHP Video CMS & Video Sharing Platform

Hi, We need to build a mobile and web app like Netflix based on PlayTube (A CMS video platform). We bought PlayTube PHP CMS Video and the android app : - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] What we need to do : 1) Add / modify / remove or hide some features on the CMS video Playtube (web) 2) Add / modify / remove or hide some features on the Playtube Android Mobile app 3) Change the design on the CMS website (we will provide the design) 4) Change the design on the Android Mobile app and create android TV and tablet version (we will provide the design) 5) Create a complete IOS mobile app (iphone, ipad) (same design and features as the android) 6) Install on our server. Multimedia mobile app : - user registration - user login - YouTube player (embedded videos or channel) - video playlist - Browse video by category - favorite videos - login with Facebook - login with email - browse channel - autoplay playlist (tv) - user profile management - Premium account - Keywords. - Search We will provide source code of Playtube web platform and android app. We will not host videos. We need to categorize youtube channels, playlist or videos to a category. We want similar UI and UX as netflix. No upfront payment please
