Website / hover image -- 2

Hello, we are looking to add a hover over or mouse over image or images to our website. I am not sure if I am describing it correctly, but I will do my best to explain it. We have 11 icons that we would like shaped in a perfect circle on our home page, when a visitor moves the mouse over any of the icons the center of the circle will change with information/content(text) related to that icon. As the visitor moves the mouse over other icons the center will change accordingly. We will supply the icons and content for each. We currently use WIX to host and design our website.
