Develop custom feature for WP WPLMS theme

I need to develop QUIZ generator for students who applied/paid for the course with the following functionality: - able to choose from predefined templates - able to manually choose parameters eg. there are 1000 quiz questions in DB, divided into 6 categories, student logins to client area and goes to test generation page, manually tick checkbox's what categories to include, adds % of each category to generate question from total count, writes questions count, time for test and presses generate/start button. System generated randomly from chosen categories questions. Idea is that test do not repeat, every new is unique and positions for the answers withing questions are also shuffled to avoid memorization. At the end test should be added to stats and student should be able to review test results (partially covered by original wplms functionality).
