Data collection program for insurance startup.

We are looking for a skilled programer to create the following: a program which uses Lending Club's API system (here [login to view URL]) to enter a users account, collect all the summary data on the loans they own, and then run that data through an algorithm we have created. We will share the formula with you after an NDA is signed. We envision a customer coming to our site, clicking on the quote form, giving us their API(access to their account), and then getting a quote to cover their portfolio of loans. For this project you will presumably need to create a Lending Club account so you can see how the data is formatted, test your program etc. The program will need to be integrated into our website and store entered data in a yet to be decided on data base, and may need to be tweaked every six months or so(we will pay you your hourly rate to do this eventual tweaking). This means you may have to work with our website developer and formula writer.
