Customize & Develop Wordpress Theme

Hello there. I recently purchased the Glocal directory theme for wordpress and am having some issues that need fixing. I also recently hired a freelancer, but the freelancer cancelled and made another error on my site. Needless to say, I didn't find a reliable one. First is the wordpress branding. I need to get rid of all the wordpress branding so my site is more secure from hackers and hide it if possible. Most links are showing as [login to view URL] and I don't want the wp to show anywheres on site, including links. Second issue I'm having is that on this directory it allows users to add events. In the events section its allowing all users to restrict administrators from viewing it, and I'm not sure why. I'd also like to add a form to each event listing so that people can request more information from the person who posted the event. Third issue is that I have an affiliate program plugin on the site, which allows members to become and affiliate, shows earnings and so on, but I don't see anywheres where they can add their payment info or request withdraw what so ever.. Sort of confusing. It is suppose to pay each user 20% commissions when a user registers for a membership using their referral link on our website. Another problem is with the shop. I added woocommerce so members could sell products and for some reason it doesn't show an option where to add their payment details again or withdraw money. Another problem is just small, but I would like to change the text of a few things on the website. Should be the easiest part of this. and last but not least, when emails are sent to users after they register, or any email that we send, it always shows as it is sent from wordpress. We don't want that either.. Can you help?
