Please read before bid on this project. I searching for low budget and fast quality service. I already have the images, and front end layout and icons of form layout in PNG. I have a simple FTP HOST... I need a simple front end to user login and attach local file and this file send to your private folder configured in ftp. The process is: 1 - i create a ftp account and folder to user 2 - i create the user in database 3 - the user can acesss "[login to view URL]" 4 - the user need to put correct user created in database email and password 5 - if user not created in database he cant log in. 6 - if user created in database manually by admin than this user logged 7 - after logged the view only a ATTACH button and open local folders and files 8 - use select the local file and attach 9 - after this can show a progress bar if 100% done show a popup mesage "the file is uploaded sucessfully" 10 - send a text email to he "Thank you! your file already uploaded and 100% done in 00-00-2016 - 12:00 (actual date and time) 10 - this file need to sent in correct user private folder in ftp host. this is simple for good php programmer or wordpress. i can accept this in wordpress too.
