Create twitter reply script

Hi Please take a look at this twitter account - [login to view URL] It's replying to tweets that contain 'taylor swift music' with one of 5 pre-defined tweets and pre-defined intervals I have another account which I need the same system set up for (i do not have the old script) [login to view URL] So i will supply you with 5 tweets and a keyword to reply to users on Twitter - you will create the connection to Twitter api and create the script I have many other twitter accounts so once we create this script we can re-create it for another account - this is very important Let me know cost and time for the script and additionally how much it will cost for the script to be adapted for another account
