Create a basic HR Module

Hi, I need to create a small (very basic) HRM Module for my company. You should bid only if you can do it under 500 USD. Following are the features that I am looking at: 1) It will be a standalone website. 2) Employees will be able to view / Access to PDF documents which the HR team is posting. 3) An admin will be posting the jobs. 4) Employees will be able to view this and apply to these jobs. 5) When an employee is applying to a job, it goes as an email to the HR Team. 6) Employees will be able to write their concerns and feedbacks and this will go to the HR Team. 7) The website should be in https: 8) There will be only 2 categories for the login: normal employee and admin user who will be in the HR Team. 9) employee can see the job details and he can apply, while applying, he will get an option to upload his cv. 10) when the hr team logins, they can see who all applied for the jobs, how many people applied for the jobs etc 11) Auto Generate the usernames and passwords for the first time. Usernames will be the EMPLOYEE ID Passwords will be the last 4 letters of the DOB (DDMM) plus 4 letters of the employee ID. 12) All the Design files will be provided in PSD Format. 13) All the employee data has to be imported to the module from an excel format. 14) We will provide you the hosting
