I assure you I will complete the job within promised parameters as I am very well aware with all in and out of WordPress plus the SDLC for websites, here is what I will do along with efforts for each phase: i) Slice the Home Page (1 Template) into Mobile Responsive HTML5/CSS3 (Twitter Bootstrap) based: 12 Hours ii) Slice the About Us Page (Derived from main Template) into Mobile Responsive HTML5/CSS3 (Twitter Bootstrap) based: 4 Hours iii) Slice the What We Do Page (Derived from main Template) into Mobile Responsive HTML5/CSS3 (Twitter Bootstrap) based: 4 Hours iv) Slice the Contact Page (Derived from main Template) into Mobile Responsive HTML5/CSS3 (Twitter Bootstrap) based: 4 Hours v) Slice the Gallery Page (Derived from main Template) into Mobile Responsive HTML5/CSS3 (Twitter Bootstrap) based: 4 Hours vi) Create a WP theme based on default WP child theme so that ever if you upgrade the WP your theme will not break: 24 Hours vii) Testing for Theme and Device Responsive features: 12 Hours Total: 64 Hours, i.e. 8 to 10 Working day. Compensation: US$600/- After the template is created you wouldn't ahve to cerate any functionality as we will create it during theming and you would be able to fill in your content. * Please know that we assumed that the the inner pages will be derived from home page (i.e. same header, footer and sidebars).
