Create a HTML5 Mobile Slot (For Real Money Play - and in app integration)

Hi there, We need someone to create some mobile HTML5 slots for our mobile casino app's. We are a young sports betting company and beside our website and land based betting shops we are finishing 3 mobile apps for our players ( Android App, iOS App and Microsoft App ). We need the mobile slots to run as HTML5 mobile friendly responsive websites, because only those are able to tun on all mobile platforms. We would integrate the slots as mobile websites links in to our Mobile Casino, the links would open inside the app. The Mobile slots must have REAL MONEY play ability and need to be able to be controlled from our side regarding everything a real slot has, win percentages and everything else and they need to be able to run on our servers independently of any outside source.
