Create Custom Post Type & Post Template in WordPress

I'm looking for a custom post type to display services offered by my company. There will need to be the following: 1) A parent page ([login to view URL]) that will beautifully display all of the services offered on a single page with links to each. 2) A single service page for each service that will display details about the service, images, etc. This page must follow the styling and responsiveness of the website. 3) 3 service posts created under the new custom post type, called Service A, Service B & Service C. You will not be required to come up with content for the single service pages. Just use Lorem Ipsum now and I will replace the content later. 4) A widget on the right side of the posts where I can place a contact form. 5) After the custom post type is in action, we need to delete the old custom post type created by the theme author called 'property'. What I'm expecting: 1) I expect the custom post type to be elegant and professionally designed while still following the styles from the host website. 2) I expect the custom post type to be perfectly responsive to any screen size. 3) I expect the freelancer to be able to work with little instruction and supervision by myself. 4) I expect this to be completed in 5 days, with status updates daily.
