Configure website to WordPress as website is pointing to Weebly

I installed Weebly initially on my website but now I want to change my website to a WordPress theme but when I tried to upload WordPress on my cPanel, it doesn't show up. This website is pointing towards a weebly account which needs to be configured and I'm not sure how to do it. Anyone who can do this please message me. Need a cPanel and WordPress expert. Simple few mins job if you're an expert. Will accept the lowest bid.
