Change Checkout layout in CMS and Modify Upsell Feature

1. Need upsell and downsell and feature added the CMS like [login to view URL] (see pen category for the example)....... View this image to get an idea of what I am describing [login to view URL] where at each step of the checkout, there is a new product suggested to the client (3 steps) before allowing the checkout to conclude. (like a infomercial) and this MUST BE MANAGED in the ADMIN to choose what product to suggest as well as sale/promo price 2. CMS Must have a “Save this Card as Default Payment Method” feature to make return checkout faster. We will not make this a choice. We want it to be like Amazon where they have to save a checking account or card number. 3. SUBSCRIPTION/AUTO SHIP 1. We want to offer auto-ship on website. When a customer checks out we will offer a discount for their current total order if they enroll in Auto-Ship whereby the order (or part of the order) is automatically placed every 30 days. This means that we will need a robust platform to automatically handle recurring billing, cancellations, pausing and restarting the auto-ship. 4. Alter the checkout to always show the cart to the right and re-layout the checkout page to remain as a single page checkout but to also change the design.
