Cakephp Auction site buy sell listing

We have cakephp application for penny auction [login to view URL] Now i want to add buy sell market place for users like [login to view URL] home page with categories on categories page user see all product of that categories and left menu display sub categories too. we need price filter, too here should be from lowest product rrp to max rrp timer is also needed all auction posted will be ending in 1 week, it can be change by admin detail page of product with all information like [login to view URL] product location on maps watchlist with how many watching.. product image slideshow Questions and comments (answer) Buyer and seller both have review option too We need quality development user of html 5 ajax etc.. user will be paying to website owner for product, once product shipped then we will pay to seller in admin all stuff's required to manage order, listing , user review , seller review.. Opur application is in Older cakephp version we need to update into latest verion then start development if you already have some good auction software provide us link if we can use your ready software with some customization..
