Main responsibilities As a Sales/Business Development Manager, your mission is to establish and implement a strategy in order to develop sales of automated external defibrillators, coordinating sales efforts and strategy with distributors in Iberia. To this end, your core responsibilities include: Develop marketing and distribution strategies for Automated External Defibrillators in B2B & PAD (Public Access Defibrillation) (non-medical) market segments in Spain and Portugal, with the goal of exceeding quota and maximizing growth and gross margin of our AEDs (Automatic External Defibrillator). Provide focused market development and sales support to relevant stakeholders, lead business development activities, support the existing growth initiatives, create business cases showing potential, document and report possible develop plans. Create and implement a strategy to develop relationship with Key Opinion leaders. Get acquainted with Product families of your responsibility and develop an expertise on these products. Get acquainted with your region of responsibility by contacting the different stakeholders in Spain and Portugal, understand their strategies for 2016 for B2B and approaching Key Opinion Leader. Profile required Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, master degree preferable Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales & business development in a BtoB environment Experience in defining and implementing marketing strategies required Experience in presenting in front of a large audience required Excellent communication skills, ability to influence Fluency in English beside Spanish is a must-
