Build a web site (like search engine)

I'm looking for a developer to design a solid Meta Search Website which will be crawling Search results from top 10 big search engines 2. Worldtime features 9. we want the features to display current date & time of any country with weather on the site 10. but just type and search the name of the country 11. jobs features must be working like, [login to view URL] 12. by invoking jobs results from [login to view URL] and displaying it on our site 13. Dictionary option must be fetching all the meanings from must popular dictionary website and arrange display on the page without leaving our site 14. all other requirements will be discuss with you in the process (means minor changes)
