The video chat should includes these features. - It has IP multicast function, used for \"1 to many\". - It can be used by iPhones and Androids. - It has the text typing area on the screen. - The text will appear on the video screen with transparently. - To create an api server by CentOS. If you want to use libraries for example \"Adobe Media Server\", please include the cost on your plan. I have some knowledge about the technologies. So please give me your great ideas. Thank you.
