Build an email scheduling Website

Website Multilanguage Fully responsive design. Procedure for users registration will be based only on the user email adress. Captcha will be used and validation will be done through code sent via email. Users will be allowed, but not requested, to input additional personal data. The site will have the following pages: “Scope of the site” “How it works” “Registration / Access” “Schedule customization” (only for registered users) “Contact customization” (only for registered users) “Exchange history” (only for registered users) “About us” Each registered user will have to customize his own schedule. It will work like Google calendar, but additionally there will be the possibility to program events repeating also in intervals shorter than the 24 hours (e.g. every 2 hours) Any change will be recorded and later on will be accessible. Each registered user will have to customize a ordered list of contacts and relative messages. Any change will be recorded and later on will be accessible. Based on the individual schedule, the site will send out emails with predefined text to the user. Each email will have a unique code. Each user will answer, without any content or specifying simple commands (up to 10 different parametric commands will be possibile) Based on the time and content of each answer email, the site will modify the sequence and timing of the following shipments and / or will send emails to the contacts predefined by the user, completing them with the messages defined by the user, following the specified priority. Each email will be in any case shipped in copy to the user. Each users will have access to the history of the emails exchanged on his behalf. General criteria for the development of the project In the offer the freelancer will specify software tools and programming languages to be used. Before receiving detailed specifications, the freelancer will sign a non disclosure agreement in favour of the customer. The choice of scheduling algorithms will be shared with the customer. Within the end of the project, the freelancer will deliver to the customer any source code and any documents related to the project. The freelancer will have the task to install the site, using the domain and provider chosen and paid by the customer. The freelance will assist the customer in loading the static contents of the site After the start-up, a phase of exhaustive trial will be done.
