Build an e-busking/performing site similar to myfreecams.com

We are looking for individual or group programmers to develop an interactive webcam site to facilitate e-busking. The idea of the website is that musicians should be able to set up and account and start busking or performing shows via the internet with the use of a webcam, patrons should then be allowed to tip the performers similar to the way models are tipped on myfreecams.com. The site has to have the same or similar features, functionality and technology used in www.myfreecams.com. I would need it to be original enough so as to avoid any legal problems. I would also like to change certain aspects and add or remove functions that would be unnecessary in this instance.
