Hello, We already developed skrilled, 2co payment gateways for our woocommerce site as an alternate to paypal and we can use the same modules here with your project. also we have an affiliate system built to the our site already. which gives an unique url to the each user and track their affiliate commissions and manage newsletters and etc. So we can have fast turnaround time for both these modules which seem to be complex in the project. Reports, Trader modules have to develop and for the reports i think we should use the jquery reports plugin as it generate more modern reports as well as have vast range of options to customize.
