I have an individual cms system based on Smarty template engine + Php to create and manage websites, webshops. The system works perfectly. I need to update the engine software to the newest versions in the code: – Smarty: from Smarty-2.6.26 to the newest version (3.1?) – Php to 5.6 (Adodb5 folder) – ckeditor (2) to 4.3 (open source) – ckfinder (1 or 2) it now works with a purchased license, but this is to upgrade only if earlier license is accepted to the newer version Trackability: at the end of the project, I need a complete list of folders and files changed, added or removed. Communication in English, Russian CE Europe working hours only.
