Build a Website

I want to be able to build and host simple website. The domain and hosting sites have already been purchased. The description has been written on the fly and do let me know if you have any questions on the same. Summary: This will be a counselling website where people can register and book appointments with the counselor (Assume only one counselor). Key functionality required in the website. 1. Static content (to be uploaded provided later) for "Who we are", "About the counselor", "Privacy" 2. Ability to post and share blogs and updates and also host surveys (possibly create custom surveys using wordpress. Not a current requirement but need the hooks to be provided appropriately). 3. Registration and login a. Three user categories ("admin" - for counselor, "user" - for everyone else, "guest" - to be used later) b. Details for registration (all mandatory unless otherwise mentioned) -> E-Mail (to be used for login), Password, Phone Number (with country code), Full Name, Age, Sex (Male, Female, Others), Skype Id (Optional), Secure Question (user input), Secure Response/Answer(user input) and Captcha (to prevent robots/automated registrations). Also need to capture the Public IP address used for registration and Role set as "User" (not to be changed by or displayed to the user). Validations:- i. E-Mail id is unique ii. All standard input validations based on type of field (age < 100, valid Phone number etc..) i. Modify Registration functionality to be provided as well (for all fields except e-mail, full name. In modify registration any field left blank will not be updated in the database). c. Login using email and password (note password to be saved in encrypted format only). Provide forgot password functionality through Secure Question and Answer. d. Landing page to be the dashboard page (table with details of past/completed, requested and scheduled appointments) along with option to Schedule New appointment, Reschedule Appointment (confirmed and requested), Pay for appointment (if not paid), and Cancel Appointment - only for requested appointments). A requested appointment will only be confirmed once the counselor approves/accepts it. i. Counselor Landing page - same as user but cannot schedule new appointment. Additional option to approve/confirm appointments ([g] below). e. Counselor Calendar (only for counselor login) - ability to configure scheduling visibility for the next 2 months (e.g. 9 AM to 11 AM -> Monday/Tuesday/Friday, 12 AM - 2 PM -> all days, etc...). This should be easily modified and saved by the counselor. f. Request appointment (after login) - Select slot (hourly slots) based on counselor availability (configured above) and send request (mandatory details required: Requester Name; Requester Mail id; Public IP Address, Date and Time of requested slot, Comments/Nature of problem). g. Confirm Appointment - By counsellor who will also enter the amount (in INR) to be paid for the appointment. This would be done through the landing page of the counsellor. h. Payment (user landing page/dashboard) - to pay using PayU money (refer [login to view URL]) using the amount specified by the counselor. Payment details to be recorded in database (e-mail id; datetime; appointment#, public IP address; Transaction Id; Amount; Transaction Status). All failed transactions to be logged as well in the database. "Pay for appointment" button will remain enabled in dashboard as long as the payment is not successful. i. Reporting Page (for counselor only) - List of payments by appointment#, name filtered by date range, status (failed/successful). j. No customer account/card information to be saved and there should be no physical deletion of any record from the database.
