Build a "Tinder Style" app

I need someone who can develop an app based on my designs. The app is a "Tinder Style" App, which would have almost Identical basic functionality with a different focus as well as some extra features. There are existing frameworks for this app (I will give you the xcode files), and what would therefore be necessary is to alter the initial project according to the designs and program the additional features as well as do all the back end stuff (parse/php) to make sure the app functions. All in all the designs as well as all the basic functionality of the app is already done, you just need to change it and make it work :) It would also be valuable to have someone with design knowledge who can optimise and improve my designs/ provide me with feedback. I need someone reliable who can work within my budget and time frame, as this does form one of a series of apps I will need developed and I would like to work with the same person/oranisation. I will share full details/images/etc with serious bidders. Please DO NOT bid if you do not fully understand the project and are not completely willing to work within my budget.
