I have a very different proposal for you: I am in the process of building a web service which will do the job of scraping ANY site. The web service is almost up and running and is hosted on my servers. As a part of my bid, I will not be working on the scraping code for you. What I will do instead is look at your requirements and setup my service to do the specific scraping that you need to do and provide integration help with your systems. The advantage of this system is that first of all you will not need to pay for setting up the entire scraping service. Also, scraping scripts tend to break as the sites change structure. My scraping service will continuously monitor for these changes and make sure that scripts dont break. However you will need to pay a monthly fees to access my service apart from the per hour charge here to set it up for you. This should be around $60/month.
