Build a Chinese Website - conversion optimised, SEO optimised, web analytics included, hosting support, responsive

target group - Chinese parents of a toddler, baby or young child. content - will provide all text content which needs to be translated into English. need graphic design, which will be little cartoon-style 'cute' images. scale of project - this is a full website project, please include support (uploading and teaching how to use or update parts of the website) with a professional and trustworthy hosting service. I want to optimise the page long term for conversions (sales funnel see below). - Includes a .cn domain and if possible Chinese hosting (or Japanese), please advise if a .com domain might be more accepted by the target group for this project and if there are SEO reasons for either .cn or.com. - Full mobile responsive design. - Programmed to do easy multi variate testing of content for conversion optimisation. Payment checkout via Alipay (please advise if you think it needs alternatives to that). - Super easy to share buttons (WeChat and other important Chinese social media platforms). - Add a tag manager to track funnel conversions, add (readable in English) analytic software (free service, similar to google analytics but fully working for Chinese websites) on the whole website. Two main functions: A) User will go through simple funnel with 4 pages. Without revealing too much at this point - the user will get an individual result based on a few questions where he ticks boxes. The data behind the results needs to be calculated based on a simple database. Basically 1. male/female? 2. favourite colour a,b,c,d,e & year of birth XYZ. Database contains the same criteria and with an easy algorithm three results will be calculated and presented. Before these get revealed the user needs to fill the payment form (alipay etc), then can share the results with friends and family and make his final choice out of the three suggested results and then gets a final certificate (pdf download or similar). A simple flow: Start page with a/b selection – second page another 5-10 choices – checkout payment form – results page with three results and social sharing functionality (‘discuss with your friends and family’) - final choice of user - pdf certificate download for the choice selected (sharing options). B) Upload your baby picture – simple community gallery with potential rating feature and a ranking with ‘top babies’. Two or three other easy content pages (without disturbing the important conversion funnel on the start page). There is a competitor where we can align the project and optimise - this will make the development much easier than having to start from scratch.
