Betting software

I am looking for an automated sotware that can read betting tips from a website and mail and then place automatic bets at Pinnacle Sports. It would be optimal if it could be also placing bets @ SportMarket betting platform. Actually SportMarket would be preferred if possible. It needs to have following features: • Scan betting website/mail for new picks and read given pick • Login into Pinnacle/ SportMarket when pick is released • Check account balance and place a bet within miliseconds (it has to be faster than a human, basically it has to be as fast as possible because odds are dropping rapidly; for most of the time I can do a logging in by myself) • Ability to distinguish different tipsters and use a different bet sizing for their picks • Ability to distinguish a stake with 1-10 staking system (for example 1/10 will be $100, 2/10 $200, 3/10 $300) • Placing a bet according to a formula for example bet up to 1000$ if odd isn`t 20% lower than initial odd sent in the mail (if more than 20% than don`t bet ) • Ability to check if bet size does not exceed bet maximum (Pinnacle got limits for each odd; in Sportmarket you just have to put a minimum X odd you want and enter a max stake (any part of the stake under selected odd won`t be placed)) Other features which would be a good addition: • Create a record of all bets in a pre-existing excel spreadsheet / google spreadsheet Anyone with an experience in betting or even creating something like that in the past and a good reputation will have a priority. Anyway I`ll read and consider all the offers. I guess it`s tough to understand this description well if you are not experienced in betting so I will answer all the questions and give examples here or via Skype? (not even sure how this site is working yet :)) If it`s not possible to use one thing for mail + website etc. just tell me- we`ll figure something out. I have no experience so I`ll need all the info how to make it working etc. and some support if something will start working wrongly.
