Approval Workflow Module for PrestaShop

Create an approval engine to work with PrestaShop where the engine will do the following things: 1) Create approver groups 2) Assign multiple users to the approver groups 3) When the customer purchases a product, the workflow should pause, send an email to the approver, the approver can either reply to that email with the word "Approved" or maybe a UI on the portal where he can check all his/her approvals in the queue 4) Ability to Either/or or mandatory approval from all the approvers
