I have an existing website built with open cart and wordpress, I need to add a feature that allow visitors to see a popup when they come to the website, and the popup will ask them to put in their email address to subscribe the newsletter and answer a question and submit the answer. The question can be changed from the backend. And the admin should be able to receive the answers from backend or email.
