Here is a Project that I am trying to accomplish. Prestashop 1.3 RC4 platform. UPS Module. It must be a module that can be enable and disable in the admin menu. Should not be very difficult since prestashop operates this way and there are already UPS module for older version. The module needs to enable the ability to ship UPS worldwide and send a quote back to the website customer on check out. I have a UPS account to populate the information for their live server. It is important that the module returns different rates ( ground shipping, 2 days shipping, overnight) for example. The XML modules that are available on line for prestashop have all the details. We should be able to add a fee to each shipment, ie for all ground shipping +2$, and +$4 for example for overnight. We should be able to modify that information with the module. If the customer is not logged in, then we do not need to worry about calculating the shipping rates until the check out [login to view URL] check out different UPS shipping rates should be offered to the customer, ie ground, 2 days air, overnight, etc. If a customer is logged in, then the shopping cart block (top right column) should update with the shipping rates automatically based on ground shipping rate. . Shipping rates need to calculate based on the following: Origin of the package ( our distributor, already in the db), destination (customer), weight of the package, and for oversize package based on the size specified in the feature description of the product. If we do not enter the size of the package in the feature option of each products ( L*W*D), then the weight only should be used. We also need an option to add additional shipping cost option for some products. It should be an option on the product admin page. Somehting like "additional shipping cost", and we could insert a $ amount. On each product, we need to be able to enable or disable the option to ship UPS so that we can have a flat rate using and other carrier option. UPS must be setup as a carrier on the administration page, which is how prestashop handles Shipping. --------------------------------------------------------- The second part of the project would be to either create a new template or copy the one that is in place and modify it. I do not have much project description here, and I will not be very complicated. But I need a website that looks better, with a theme of fishes, for example the menu can be a little more colorful, and the icons, and little more lively but professionals. I really like the site [login to view URL] where the horizontal menu changes the css style sheet when the customer clicks new products, or promotions, etc. The whole site changes color. We would have home, new products, promotions, and legal stuff. One thing that we are looking for is when the products are listed, and it has attributes it's for the site to say price rande from $$$ to $$$, ( lowest cost attribute to the highest). example at: [login to view URL] I shows price range from $$$ to $$$ and view options. On this list the add to cart option shoud be disable. We are looking for a nice logo as well, with some level of aquarium feeling and that would include the name aquarium-frenzy. We are willing to have new background.... We will give nice bonus for the website to look much better. I have had a good experience with scriptlance, but with teh people that I have worked with the response time was very slow. The option to be able to chat with you guys for a faster response is important to me and a very good selling points. We also have a small picture problems on the menu on the left ( that you guys can replace for a better one if you would like since it is a module now.). when we browse to certain products it shows ? instead of the left arrow, I have no clue why.
