Update Wordpress CSS for our style making it more W3c, Advertising, and Search engine friendly

Hello, I am looking for someone to take our existing CSS and make it more W3C validated and SE friendly while still retaining the look we currently have. We also want to have this person note in the CSS what that text does in our site so we can further make adjustments later if needed. We would want those noted using something like this /* far right sidebar color-zz */ We also need a few adjustments to the text area & sidebars making them wider. And places to put in banner and text ads using Ad Spaces by Semiologic ([[login to view URL]**spaces**/][1]) Pretty basic work and simple... but I want dependable and quick work. I appreciate only those who are ready to start today to apply. I will run the end product thru some CSS Analysis to ensure we have the product we want. We use WP2.2 on a linux dedicated server.
