Wordpress Theme - Plugin Developers

We'd like a Wordpress Theme/Plugin to be created for us for landing pages This theme will work for creating Coming Soon pages and will have the below features: Ability to choose different preset background colors Ability to upload a custom background Jpeg and make it automatically spread over the entire site. Ability to upload a Logo Ability to add Social Links to Social Accounts - Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest Newsletter signup to be notified once site is live. - mailchimp, aweber, etc integration Built-in referral system to keep track referrered subscribers and how many of those convert Store Emails in the WordPress Database to export to any email service Progress bar with automatic completion calculation Google Analytics Support Custom Footer Branding Custom Favicon Analytics Integration with Google analytics Also inbuilt custom reporting showing sources of traffic and which link clicked from site for social icons. Its a really simple project and there are lots of similar themes avail that can be modified.
