Super-Awesome Web Designer/Developer

Howdy! I'm looking for super awesome guy/gal to Work alongside myself. You'll be responsible for producing some of the most pixel-perfect, trend-setting and ridiculously-pretty-yet-functional designs this industry is yet to see. Roughly translated, you'll be working on WordPress themes and other cool stuff. You can work from anywhere, even in your sleeping shorts if you like. Workflow & Payments: Your job is to produce high quality breath-taking HTML/WordPress themes (for now) which will be sold at well-known marketplaces. [Keep in mind that templates for marketplaces are quite higher in standards] You'll be paid a fixed-rate ($ xyz) + royalty on every sale. Concept (in processing) will be provided in jpg/psd format. Coding is up to you. All projects require documentation and support/updates also. Rates quoted should be according to the quality of work specified above. About you: You live and breathe design. You're the type that names fonts used in restaurant menus. You despise half-pixels, you've got a good eye for colour, a love of typography (Typography is most important). Here, I've made a list of the stuff you're good at: Your design background is strong and you can prove it You have a good sense of typography, grids, and clean interfaces You're a Photoshopper and Illustrator is your best bud You have in-depth HTML, CSS, jQuery, PHP & WordPress knowledge You get on with developers/non-developers like a house on fire You can teach me a thing or two Remember, as this is an on-going job, rates quoted should be accordingly, with keeping in mind the royalty factor Ok, that's enough for now.
