Made a wordpress wizard plugin for a calculation model

Hello, I'm searching for a programmer that can help me to build a form wizard wordpress plugin based on a excel sheet. It's a simple excel sheet where must give some values of a building to get a result of a heat index of a building. it may be based on an existing plug-in and this i the structure of the plugin: - Choise for simple form like this site -> [login to view URL] or based on the excel sheet (in same style) - Address, name info - choice option what for kind of unit to select (some picture's of the unit). - And then a send option to send this complete form to 1 mail adress and a option for cc to the creater. Because this is part of a school assignment for marketing i have not much budget but i want to build a nice site so i hope some one can help me. And hen it's possible the form wizard must be also easy to fill in with a smartphone If there are some questions let me know it. Regards, DJ
