touch TFT control panel for 5 volt - 12 volt relays

We need to install a simple Graphical Interface Screen that can be user modified to show various functions (turn on a light, turn on a radio, etc) to allow us to remove the need for large wires running from various equipment to the control switches that are all in one area. What we would like to end with is ALL heavy wires and high voltage to be located in one insulated, sealed relay box and a simple USB or 1394 or Ethernet cable to link the relay box to a small PC with a touch screen. I know they have these programs and equipment for running houselights, fans, coffe makers etc. But can you adapt these programs to meet our needs? Think of it this way... I sit at my desk and push a 2cm square on the screen marked 'HOIST' this sends a signal to a relay that closes, completing a circuit that sends 440 volts to a 3 ton crane! the relay can be powered by a 5 volt control circuit - but once the relay is energized, the big voltage is allowed to pass through the contacts! This is for a dirty environment, so switches, keyboards, mouse and other switching / pointing devices just won't work. We can put a fully sealed touchscreen monitor and control everything as well as see at a glance what is on, what is set high, medium or low and what might be malfunctioning. For the money offered, we expect a simple simple on/off, sliding volume and red (off) and Green (on) lights all onscreen. Anything more involved will be paid additional money. We know all about the heavy power transfer equipment... we just need the GUI, touchscreen, variable power and on/off switching. Can you do this? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must operate on PC based touchscreen. TouchScreen circuit is usually an additional 9 pin connection to the computer. Screen itself is a standard connection. Same as touchscreens in restaurants that will open a cash drawer via a touch of a graphical representation of a button on a screen.... NO keystroke, NO keyboard at all and no mouse.
