IIS Security Expert Required

I need someone to write a program that can analyse an IIS server (NT, 2000 etc) for security loopholes, something like the following: [login to view URL] But with the option of prompting to fix problems, and that can detect any additional loopholes that you know about. Ideally it should be written in Delphi 4 (the version that I use) though I may consider other languages - please specify in your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform All current IIS Servers
