Slick & Polished Website Design Required

Hello All We have a requirement to have a website designed and built for us which will require: * design of look and feel of the website * design of logo as part of this * a content management system * ability to accept credit card details I want the site to have a very professional and polished look and feel. I want it to be light and easy to use, but include good use of bright colours. I see the site being about 8 - 10 pages in total, but having a very functional "client area" where documents / correspondence is uploaded to. Some ideas I've had at this very early stage about the site are: Navigation Buttons: HOME ABOUT US OUR SERVICE CONTACT US CLIENT LOGIN Second Level Navigation Buttons for those listed above: HOME ABOUT US OUR SERVICE -- HOW WE WORK -- GET STARTED CONTACT US The site will focus on 'Get Started' and guiding the client through this area as easily as possible. details below: GET STARTED IS A STEP-BY-STEP WALK THROUGH PROCESS WITH TICK BOXES AND RELEVANT QUESTIONS. ONCE COMPLETED, THIS IS RE-PRESENTED ON A PREVIEW PAGE WHICH THEY CAN FURTHER EDIT. ONCE HAPPY, THE CLIENT SUBMITS THEIR APPLICATION WHICH IS SENT VIA AUTOMATED PDF TO THE CLIENT AND US AND ALSO SAVED TO THEIR CLIENT AREA UNDER A CLIENT DEFINED 'PROJECT NAME'. PDF IS IN THE STYLE / BRANDING OF THE WEBSITE AND SUMMARISES ALL THEIR SELECTIONS / COMMENTS DEPENDING ON WHAT THE CLIENT REQUESTS FROM OUR SERVICE, WILL DETERMINE WHAT QUESTIONS ARE ASKED. THIS PROCESS INCLUDES ESTABLISHING A CLIENT LOGIN AREA CLIENT LOGIN 1. CLIENT CAN SEE A COPY OF THE PDF WE SENT TO THEM 2. CLIENT CAN SEE A PROGRESS BAR WHICH IS UPDATED BY US AS WORK PROGRESSES 3. CLIENT WILL BE GIVEN BETWEEN 3 AND 7 OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. EACH OPTION WILL BE GIVEN A TITLE AND A DOLLAR VALUE WHICH CAN BE SET BY US. I ALSO NEED TO BE ABLE TO SELECT HOW MANY OPTIONS THE CLIENT WILL SEE 4. CLIENT CLICKS ON PDF WHICH I HAVE ATTACHED FOR EACH OPTION. EACH PDF WILL DETAIL THE SPECIFICS OF THE JOB TO BE UNDERTAKEN. I PREPARE THIS PDF OFF-LINE SO JUST NEED TO BE ABLE TO ATTACH IT TO THE CLIENTS AREA WHEN READY 5. IF FOR INSTANCE 3 OPTIONS ARE REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT, UNDER EACH AN ‘ACCEPT OPTION 1’ - ‘ACCEPT OPTION 2’ - ‘ACCEPT OPTION 3’ BUTTON IS VISIBLE 6. WHEN THE ACCEPT OPTION BUTTON IS SELECTED, IT TAKES THE USER TO ONLINE PAYMENT FACILITY FOR THE AMOUNT SPECIFIED AT THE TOP OF THE OPTION DESCRIPTION 7. AUTOMATED RECEIPT OF PAYMENT MADE & EMAILED IN PDF FORMAT TO CLIENT AND US 8. CLIENT AREA THEN USED FOR DOCUMENTS / IMAGES / PDFs ETC TO BE PLACED IN FOR REVIEW ETC UNTIL PROJECT IS COMPLETE 9. WE CAN THEN CLOSE THAT SPECIFIC ‘PROJECT’ WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETE, BUT MAINTAIN THE CLIENTS MEMBER ACCESS WHICH HOLDS ALL DOCUMETNS UNDER THEIR SPECIFIC PROJECT. 10. THEIR DETAILS ARE ACCESSIBLE FOR US TO USE IN NEWSLETTERS ETC What we're looking for from bidders is the following: 1. Total bid to design and build site, including logo (site must be SEO friendly) 2. If you want to also include SEO, then quote for this also. Otherwise this will be a seperate freelancer project Any SEO pricing included must be for the total project giving time proposed to spend on it and what the end cost will be (not just a monthly fee). SEO payment will be based on getting to page one in [login to view URL] IMPORTANT: if you want to send attachments, they must be in .PDF.
