Reverse Auction Platform

Dear All, We are looking an adventurous and experienced web developer to create a REVERSE AUCTION PLATFORM. Ideally it would work (but not look) similarly to Shiply(dot com). I could write pages of features that we would like to include on the platform but in the matter of fact we need almost all features offered by Shiply. So, if you are interested in bidding for this project please familiarize yourself with Shiply first. We are expecting some considerable traffic on this website therefore its simplicity, usability and reliability are absolutely essential. Ideally we would like to see something purpose build, however we are willing to compromise if the right solution is proposed. Knowing that the budget will not go very long way, we would accept ready made scripts adopted to our needs. There is a strong possibility of an ongoing business relationship after successful project completion. Only professional and honest offers please. Bidders with reverse auction platforms in their portfolios will be given preference. At the point of award, the winner will need to sign an a contract detailing the terms of this engagement. After successful completion of the project, we will expect the winner to provide free 3 months support which eventually could lead to a long term maintenance&support contract. Final Note: All graphics used or created must have secured rights for a commercial website, these rights will then be transferred to ourselves along with all intellectual property rights.
