Requirements: - Convert PSD (already designed) layout into responsive HTML & CSS template - Some JQuery, Javascript and php will be required - Responsive code most be device agnostic - Install Wordpress - Integrate template into Wordpress - Populate page content (will be provided) into Wordpress: • There is 1 x home page - With large scrolling Image banner • 8 Content Pages • One contact page which will require contact form • 1 of the content pages will require a portfolio style plugin to display 6 categories of images utilising some sort of Lightbox style effect (images will be provided) - Code must be HTML & CSS valid - Project may have to be developed on a development server then shifted to live server once complete - Code needs to be compatible with latest version of: Safari, Opera, Firefox, Chrome, IE and also cater for IE9, 8, & 7 (not so concerned with IE7 but some sort of fall back needs to be considered) - Prefer NO frameworks such as Bootstrap etc - just require straight clean code, that will be easier to understand and maintain - Concept PSD files, content & images will be provided
