Hi, we need a website where realtors and people can add and find propperties. We want someone who can make a proffesional real estate website that will be complex yet simple to use. Very eye catching design and minimal. Examples of websites we like: [login to view URL] (we like design, colors and how its all placed, Search Form, Sign In form and Registration form aswell, and listings page with photoes, values, contact form, etc.) [login to view URL] (Really like draw search on this site that we would like to add) [login to view URL] (Heatmap of property values is needed aswell) Use of googlemaps API Site should be made with flexible modular structure. We would need popular CMS for this site that will be up updated frequently. We would need localization, site will be multilingual English, Russian, Spanish etc. Option for users to make featured propperty by paying summ of money Flexible payment system Later on when site is done we would need iPhone/iPad/Android/Windows apps made for this site.
