Need Website Professionally Re-Done Want New Design and Functions

I currently own my own business and had my original website built and setup with Wordpress. The website is called "[login to view URL]" We are a local cell phone shop that does cell phone repair, sell cell phone accessories, sell used & new phones and offer prepaid plans. We've had this same website for 2 years now and I think it's time to professionally upgrade this site. I want to hire someone who can completely create a custom PROFESSIONAL website. I don't want to use any templates. I want it to be completely custom. I want to add many new features that our current website can't offer with the Wordpress limitations. I want a inventory page where customer can browse our used phone inventory, if they happen to actually like something I would like for them to be able to buy it and have us ship it to them or they can select an option to "pick it up in the store" Basically I want an informational website with a simple yet unique and pretty looking, easy to use ecommerce built in. I am looking for something with an easy back end, an easy way for my employee's to use who may not be very computer savvy. I want everything to be user friendly, easy to use. I would also like to integrate a separate section where customers can order cell phone unlock codes for iPhone, Nokia, HTC etc... If you look at some unlock websites, you will see what I am looking for. We carry over 8 different prepaid company plans, and I would like to have a informational page for each carrier that explains plans and payments. I would also like to integrate and online payment system for customers to be able to pay their bills online for their wireless companies. I am looking to add features as we go, and can adjust payment amounts as the more features I want get added on. I am looking for someone professional with a good deal of experience and has good taste in design and look. I am looking to hire someone very tech and web savvy that we will not run into any issues while building this site.
