Joomla Web Template with 5 Animated Banners

We need very high-end design and careful implementation of a new Website Template for an Innovation company. The company is renowed in Brand Development and Innovation Comercialisation. portfolio of your work which proves your experience & quality of your work is essential. Projects Details Are As Follows:  A: - Create 4 semi-animated banners 688*223 for the homepage of our website (2 to 4 jpg files for each banner) We will furnish texts and imagery visuals and you will have to create banners (environment, layout)  The result will have to be creative, good looking and very efficient. It will be good if you could be proactive and propose concepts and ideas! 2 design propositions will be needed for each banner. B: We will need a Joomla Template which we have chosen for the client to be installed on our server and then tweaked with the animated banners as described above.   C: Minor webdesign on the homepage (header modification) + integration - Design and Integrate two newsletter templates as part of the akajoom component.   (Well Provide Copy) Professional requirements : - Webdesign (photoshop) expert - Flash expert (banners) - Good Knowledge of web standards like XHTML, CSS, AJAX and Javascript (Mootools) - Expert in PHP/MySQL - Strong SEO knowledge - Reactivity, proactivity, perfectionism
