Here we go again...

We've taken a new look at the GroupGATOR project. We are going web based. This project will require the following: 1) User Registration - registers users, then logs them into their cpanel 2) User Login - logs users into their cpanel 3) User Cpanel - Lets users add time via PayPal donation or via special offer (will require API implementation) 4) Admin Panel - Lets admins control user accounts. 5) GroupGATOR "Software" - The invite "software" which gathers and invites users to steam groups. 5a) Gathering and gathering features/options 5b) Invite and Invite features/options 6) Security features, to protect user accounts as well as the software we develop. More detailed information and instruction are included in mocks which I will share with the one(s) I assign this project. Max budget for this project is $600 USD - Please do not bid more than this. By bidding and after acceptance you agree to the following under law. 1) That you are truthfully bidding on this project because you can do the work. 2) That you will complete the project. 3) That you will communicate on a daily basis if needed. 4) That you will respond to requests as soon as possible. 5) That you will work on the same time zone as me, which is Mountain Time Standard USA 6) That you will not outsource your work. 7) That you will not share the details of this project. 8) That you will not copy or steal the project. 9) That you will program code that will not harm users and their machines. 10) That you will not program spyware into the software or virus of any kind. 11) That you will release the source code when final payment is made. 12) That you will not request or require any further payment other than the dollar amount agreed to for this project. These are fairly simple terms and common sense. In simple terms, we are looking for someone we can trust, who takes pride in their work and is excited to be on this project. We welcome all bidders.
