hacked joomla site needs to be fixed, add content and redesign layout

i have a joomla website that was hacked and i need to get the website up and running. we need to have some security installed in the back end. we would also like to add and change the content and possibly change the design layout. if you bid and i accept the bid i will give you our url so you can see our original design and we would like some alternative design mockups. bidder must be able to be creative and have their own ideas when it comes to placement of website content etc etc and have the ability to install a security app so we do not get hacked again. thank you.
