I represent a new start-up company that is in need a of corporate website. I can provide you with logo and wire-frame to help you in the bidding process...see attachment. We are open to the development tools used but do need to have a site we can administer the content and make changes from time to time. Based on this initial project we may have additional phase 2 work regarding the same website and additional websites that we also need designed and developed.
