Convert a Template to a Website - repost

Dear Coder, I am a serial Entrepreneur looking out for experienced coders who can put together a project for my new venture. This new concept at the least is going to revolutionize the way we connect to people. Yes you've guessed it correctly, its going to be a social networking portal but not the typical ones out there in market. I have templates to start working with, I need motivated coders who can ensure that they can complete the task given. I can assure you that the task will be challenging as it requires you to work with some cutting edge tech like WebRTC and old ones like PHP but i am confident that once executed with precision, you would have created something you can be proud of being associated with.
